Getting ready to wind down tonight so I'm about to burn this #brooklyncandlestudiogiftedme Brooklyn Escape candle. It'll be my first time burning it but I have high hopes cause it smells like a dream. The candle itself is made of soy wax and has a 70 hour burn time! I have one of their other candles and had good luck with it-- it burned evenly and the scent filled my bedroom. After burning this for a few days, I have to say @diptyque’s “Narguile” is becoming one of my favorites. I love scent because it really can transport you to another place and time. This candle takes me back to a warm evening I got to spend in Baku, Azerbaijan. With wind coming off the Caspian Sea, smells of warm spices lingering in the air, and wisps of sweet hookah hovering around the evening city scene- this candle managed to create that trip in the middle of my living room.
