Got back from yesterday and decided to start a little bike adventure. I’m calling it the #3digitschallenge. I want to ride a minimum of 100km each day for as many consecutive days as possible... until failure. Why? Because I haven’t been riding my @liv_benelux bike as much as I would’ve liked to in the past few months. It’s fair to say I kinda lost my motivation along the way. But I found it back and I’m ready to roll on those epic @giant_benelux SLR wheels again. Whilst still being a little jet lagged this morning I decided to start right away: Amsterdam to Roosendaal - 125km ✅. I’m not afraid that my body will be bailing on me, as long as I take it easy, control my food intake and get as much rest during the evening as possible. It’s the mental game that I’m going to put to the test. It’s something with the saying: “when the mind lets down the body, the body lets down the mind.” So... tell me where shall I go riding? PS. Tenerife Day 3: check! ✔️ . Ik had het nooit verwacht, maar het is me gelukt! De teller staat nu op 155km en 3600 hoogtemeters. Best bizar voor iemand die nog nooit in de bergen gereden heeft toch?
