Everybody is talking about Intermittent Fasting. My last post talking about it went crazy viral.

Stories and stories about IF making dreams come true are now popping up all over the place. This train has no signs of stopping.

As this newly reinvigorated diet strategy steps more in to the mainstream, I think it is important that clarify a couple things:

IF is not magic and it’s not for everyone.
.
❤️It is merely a strategy that people have fallen in love with. It accomplishes weight loss by doing the very same thing that all other diets do, which is by creating a caloric deficit.
.
Just because IF works for some people doesn’t mean that it will be optimal for you! Evaluate your lifestyle and make the choice for yourself.
.
In addition, if you are dealing with any of the 6 health items that are in this graphic then it is definitely NOT for you.
.
IF is a drastic change for the majority of people that try it and you need to be sure that you are physically, mentally & emotionally up to the task.
.
Remember... the elevator to success is out of order so you will need to take the stairs.

Today I had 1 pound of London broil, 3 eggs, and 13 ounces of Raw milk not pictured. If you rotate your meat sources then you won’t have to worry to much about how much fat you are getting because it will naturally take care of itself. For example yesterday I had a ribeye with eggs which was 130g of fat. Today was the London broil with eggs and that led to only 62g of fat. Every week a different cut of meat will be on sale leading to some weeks being higher fat than others and I think the cycling of fat is a good thing.
Do You Fast?
Intermittent fasting can be as easy as planning an eight hour window of time where you eat your food. Don't need to complicate it much more than that. Drink lots of water and if you get hungry, put some pink salt under your tongue some do it differently, but I'm not telling you this is the only way, I'm suggesting this is an easy introduction to intermittent fasting. Do more research and find what works best for you
