I am soooo very honored to have received the Countdown Mini Title with my solo “Amazing Mayzie,” AND 3rd overall (competitive) with my solo “Yellow.” HUGE #shoutout to my peer inspirations of the day @chloe_dedancer (who took 1st overall) and @qeluther (2nd), you we’re both breathtakingly superb (and really sweet too). It has taken me a very long time to bridge my internal gap between artist and choreographer, but I finally am in a place where I feel elated to share all my creative outlets with you all!!! ⁣ ⁣ From here on out every Monday will be #musicaltheatremonday and what better way to start than with one of my favorite pieces to date. ⁣ ⁣ This piece is called “The Uninvited Guest”. Thus far in the season it has done extremely well (competitively and constantly growing in entertainment value). I am beyond grateful to work with such amazing/talented kids @evokedancemovement on a weekly basis, and I feel more than honored to share our art with you all. Spending my 8️⃣th Birthday Weekend doing what I love. Dancing!!! Im feeling super honored to receive 2nd overall today (age 9 and under solos) and a “Standout Award” for excellence in Musical Theater. I felt that both of my solos were “personal best” performances today. It feels so good to put my heart out on that stage. I’m not used to competing against 9 year olds and wasn’t expecting to place so well, so it was a really nice surprise and the perfect ending to a really amazing weekend.
