Every second week, on Thursday and Friday evening, we offer a 100% organic and vegan 4 course dinner with a few extra specials. All the veggies are local. The center of the main course at the moment consists of spicy swiss tempeh, yellow peas and mushrooms.

Our table paired the dinner with a set of fantastic wine as well from Italy. The #radikon #pinotgrigio #sivi from #friuli, #orangewine at its best from Homeland of alessandro. The great start has been completed by the #ninotnegri twins #sfursat and #5stelle #vinorosso made from #chiavennasca grape, better known as #nebbiolo from the #lombardia region.

The first Bliss week has been crazy busy, but so amazing. So many people already came to taste our bowls, snacks and special beverages.
We also had a catering, a brunch and a wonderful first four course dinner. The dinner menu of the season ends with this chocolate fondant as a dessert. Make sure to take part, if you want to try it. We make the dinners every second week on thursday and friday evening and we have very limited places. The menu changes every three months. Always seasonal, local, organic, vegan and wholesome.
