Yesterday I finished my 75-day challenge, which included min. 90 minutes of exercise a day, healthy eating habits (which I wrote down to hold myself accountable to), no alcohol, and drinking a gallon of water.
It was exactly what I needed to get on track. I always exercised, but I had never in my life exercised for 75 days straight and I really needed to take the eating part more seriously. When you commit to eliminating certain foods and cheat meals, it makes a world of difference. You’re no longer rationalizing that you can eat pizza, a burger and fries, or sweets cause you worked out...and then essentially cancelling out your workout . And I wasn’t even craving what I cancelled out - your body adapts! I was actually stunned when I compared my before and after pics.
So not only did I get the physical benefits, but I got the MENTAL DISCIPLINE. These new habits now become part of my regular life. Did I take the day off working out today? Nope! This wasn’t just a 75-day thing for me. The marathon continues! (Otherwise what’s the point?! It’s like cutting out alcohol for a month and then getting hammered on day 31 onwards. Sure, you can tell yourself you did great, but you realistically just take your ass back to square one).
You have to be CONSISTENT. Consistency is key. Just like in relationships. As soon as you drop the ball, the relationship suffers...
I urge you all to make your relationship with yourself your number one priority and set some of your own challenges so that you feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally. You need to be healthy on the inside to look and feel healthy on the outside and vice versa. -Trina

So today Is the first day of my 75 day challenge. I got the idea from @andyfrisella who started his last week, however I decided to add a few things onto my list more tailored to me and my goals. The following are my targets/restrictions I have to stick to for 75 days without fail, every day:
No Treats
No Cheat Meals
No Alcohol
Workout everyday ️♂️
2+hours revision each day ✍️
Drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day
Read 10+ pages a day
I chose to do this to challenge my willpower and mental toughness and to improve my overall mental strength and I know that something like this (out of my comfort zone) will help me to grow physically and mentally. LETS FUCKING DO THIS!!!#75hard

I’ve been repeating countless times certain thoughts to myself.
Self improvement is a journey that should continue your whole lifetime.
It’s not a month thing, a year, or just a decade, it’s continuous growth until your last breath.
May sound difficult, but we should be working on ourselves regardless of the age we are.
My focus is my physical health, my knowledge, and growing my financial wealth to be able to help others. Life is so much more than going to work, coming home and just enjoying ourselves until we go back to work.
It’s learning how to evolve every day into the human You envision yourself to be.
I’m putting this together and posting it because I believe that if you say it enough, write it enough and share it with others, you start to engrave it in your mind.
I’m posting this so you can hold me accountable, and I can hold you accountable for what you want to become and achieve.

Day 13 of 75 day challenge and I’m officially at the lowest weight I’ve ever been as of this morning. Despite failure,weight re gain and depression I’ve been able to crawl back to the top and take this thing to a level I never imagined I’d be able to reach. If I can do it through all that so can you.
