#transformationtuesday I am having quite a few days recently where I get on the scale and feel disappointed, I look at myself and wonder if I’m really making any progress. Then I take a look at where I was 11 months ago, and I couldn’t be prouder. This year has been the most difficult for me emotionally and mentally, and by facing those problems I’m seeing a complete transformation in myself. I know that I’m only going to glance back for times like these when I need to snap myself out of feeling defeated, but I will never be going back to the shell of a person I was. January 2019 - March 2019 : 3 months •

There is not much in this life I think I’m good at (que violins ) but being consistent with what I put into my body going to the gym ♀️ running ♀️ drinking enough getting steps in ♀️ and having balance is definitely something I am proud of that I have down.

I never have so much as a few days off from the above so the left picture was a little disappointing at the time to say the least. But it was the 2nd of January and as much as I had tried to keep up my good habits over Christmas it’s proof you can’t out train a bad diet and my weight crept up, I was bloated af (both pics taken first thing in the morning) and my skin was bad. •

This year I have really focussed on pushing myself in every gym session (following @krissycela @toneandsculptapp ) ♀️ and upping my weights to be the strongest fittest healthiest version of me. •

I’ve also concentrated on upping my protein and cleaning up my weekends a litttttle bit from what they were because without #halfmarathontraining unfortunately I can’t get away with eating in as much of an excess as I was •

Summer officially is still 3 months away (21st June I googled )... it’s never too late to make some changes
The little one wanted a feed and a snooze towards the end of my workout today so she just had to give me a hand to get finished. It wasn’t quite a mummy cuddle but it was the next best thing
