Vancouver was a big surprise for me. Never thought about visiting Canada, untill one of my best friends moved there. It started as visiting a friend for me, and it turned into a place with the most incredible sights I've ever seen, 4 amazing cities I could visit, friends that I made by chance and had amazing times with, and a country that I really want to come back to. 1 year past.. Without writing an encyclopedia here I’m talking about a brain chemical many of you have heard of as the happy drug known as Serotonin.

Low serotonin levels are linked to cravings (especially carbs), anxiety, depression, low mood, lack of sexual desire, appetite, sleep, memory, and digestion.
Given that the majority of this neurotransmitter is produced in our digestive track, serotonin connects the gut microbiome with the brain – forming the so called “gut-brain axis’s.
