Although it's a tough challenge, will follow it ⁣ ⁣ We've chosen Acephale (Acephalous) from Brasseurs du Molin, an NEIPA clocking at 6% ABV. As its brewer would say it's a no-brainer beer. It's easy-to-drink, juicy and refreshing. Aromatic and tasty, you'll find some peach, orange, citrus and an herbal end. Medium and well-balanced bitterness. Adam Ondra has established ‘Disbelief’ 9b (5.15b) at Acephale, Canmore. He described the route as at the “upper end of the grade” and wrote “I cannot think many other routes where I climbed so close to my limit”. The route is Canada’s second of the grade; Alexander Megos got the first ascent of ‘Fight Club’, a Sonnie Trotter line, at Ravens Crag back in the summer of 2016. Adam Ondra has departed Canada on his way to Italy for the Rock Master Festival at Arco. He’s been nominated for the Wild Country Rock Award along with Alexander Megos and Angy Eiter, and will compete in the Lead World Cup as well as the Rock Master Duel. . . Ondra lamented leaving ‘Fight Club’ 5.15b (9b) for another time, so hopefully we’ll see him again. Here’s a look at the tick list he put together.
