After a workout you should stretch/cool down for 5-10 minutes! It will help you to recover faster from your workout, as well as reduce muscle soreness. .

So today I trained some heavy ass legs and glutes and I had an amazing workout so I thought I'd share it with ya : ofc start with a good old warm up,stretch and activation work to make sure we are connecting dem muscles to the nerves! ◽ 2 warm up sets of front squats with bar & banded donkey kickbacks ◽ Front squat - 5 x 8-12 using progressive overload ◽ Barbell RDLs with a fixed weight 4 x 15 ◽ Good mornings [light weight] ,superset with banded donkey kickbacks 4 x 15 ◽ Front cable squat [medium weight] superset with Bulgarian split squats 4 x 10 ◽ Goblet squats using 20kg dumbbell 4 x 12-15 *make sure you are push through the heels for that glutes mind to muscle connection and I always usually do these exercises without shoes allowing much more stability and better form *
Either in heels or athleisure these days ♀️ found similar leggings and linked them as well as my shoes, hat, jacket, and bra top. Did you get your workout in today?
