Мозг и частица «НЕ» ⠀ ➕ Этот пост дополняет недавний про способность мыслей превращаться во что-то материальное. Порой случается так, что мысли материализуются с точностью до наоборот. Хотели «не бояться», «не грустить», «не болеть», а по факту получили обратное. Почему так? ⠀ ⠀ Дело в том, что мысли рождают слова, которые мы озвучиваем себе или окружающим людям. Слова тоже материальны, и обладают более высоким потенциалом, чем мысли. Слова отражают конкретику, их можно заметить, и на них реагирует наш визуальный мозг. Сейчас я продемонстрирую как работает наш мозг. ⠀ Хочу попросить вас не думать о полосатом слоне, не вспоминать шум моря, не думать о мелодии звонка своего моб. телефона… ⠀ Подумали? Увидели какие-то образы? Звуки?.. Наш визуальный мозг игнорирует частицу «НЕ», зато прекрасно реагирует на глагольные формулировки и воспринимает их как команды. ⠀ Правило: мыслить и говорить о желаемых изменениях в жизни БЕЗ использования частицы «НЕ». Используй ПОЗИТИВНЫЕ формулировки: «быть смелым», «быть веселым», «быть здоровым». Позитивные формулировки создают положительный визуальный образ, который постепенно закрепляется в подсознании и материализуется. ⠀ Эту особенность нашего мозга можно применить и для воздействия на других людей. I've been assured by my group today that what's in the middle of this photo is a brain ... even though it may not look like one! While their brain may not be perfect, they clearly do grasp the values outlined in the Agile manifesto. They chose up and down arrows instead of ticks and crosses, to show that we want more of the former and less of the latter (instead of none of the latter). No experience as an artist is required for a Dana The Trainer classroom, just enthusiasm, participation and a willingness to learn.

Here's a poster one of my groups created yesterday to illustrate "What It Means To Be Agile". They've drawn a chameleon because for them the core of Agile is adapting in response to feedback in order to create value. I think it's actually a pretty good chameleon, especially since they managed to create this in 15 mins. Awesome job!

This is what I call learningception. Learning wrapped up inside of learning. The groups' objective is to create posters that describe what it means to be agile, so that a novice could understand. But to create the posters - they are working in an Agile way. They came together as a team, collaborated, self-organised, made a prototype, got some feedback, and here they are now making improvements ... looks like they get it ... but will they get all those points (the agile behaviour they are correctly showcasing) down on the final poster they create? Love seeing theory put into practice!
