1) Sunlight gives you vitamin D, regulates your circadian rhythm, and much more. Artificial light messes with your hormones, causes eye damage, and more. Where blue blockers at night.

2) Much of the pollution and toxins we are exposed to are airborne. Get HEPA filters for your home, house plants, and spend as much time outside as possible.

3) The earth's EMF is good for you. Your wireless Internet router's EMF is not. Walk barefoot outside whenever possible.

4) Your thoughts literally are the precursor to your reality. Think about that... -
5) You eventually BECOME the same as those in your tribe. Your tribe is whoever you spend the most time with. Select these people carefully.

6) Move your body the way it was designed to.

7) Drink spring water. If you drink municipal water then filter it with reverse osmosis and add sea salt to it before drinking it.

8) Eat the foods your ancestors ate. Consider geography and the time of the year. For example, there are not very many carbs available in northern environments in the winter so that might be a good time to go low carb if you live there.

9) You literally cannot avoid toxic exposure now. Invest in things that help your liver and other organs detox. Hydrate and sweat as much as possible. Also, eat brocoli sprouts.

11) Connect with God and nature as often as possible. Boost your immune system and lower neurotic thoughts in doing so.
