I was able to get a sneak peek at @funbizfairfood’s fair food offerings this year! • 1️⃣ Tater Dog: hot dog wrapped in a tater twist 2️⃣ The Smokestack: tater tots with pulled pork, elote, oaxaca cheese, fresh slaw, fried onion, jalapeños, and BBQ sauce 3️⃣ Fruity Pebble Shrimp Po’Boi: classic shrimp po’boy with Fruity Pebbles 4️⃣ Bacon-wrapped Turkey Leg and Smoked Turkey Leg 5️⃣ BONUS! Nate, the owner of @funbizfairfood, graciously allowed me to film inside his wood burning smoker for an action shot. All the meats used in his dishes from the pulled pork to the turkey legs are smoked in one of three large smokers on the fair grounds!
