I hit the lottery when it came to “parents,” however, when you’re 24 and you just earned you’re first $1,000,000 as an entrepreneur, sometimes nobody can get through to you when it comes to reckless spending and money management.
Looking back on my first company and first large sum of money earned ($1,600,000), let’s just say I had to learn on my own the art of not blowing money on stupid things and had to eventually seek out the right information on investing and money management.
I never had someone (near my age) point me in the right direction with what to do and what NOT do with money. I was given the idea that “It’s never going to end so screw it - just spend it.” Now that I’m 29, and pretty financially sound, I make it a priority to teach and guide some of the younger (22-25 year olds) who are making ridiculous money on what to do with their money.
@inviertaconjuandiego is just one example of the young guns I’m doing my best to mentor and coach to not just look rich, but actually acquire wealth. He’s already purchased cash-flowing real estate properties, bought his parents a home, and now is setting up passive income online E-commerce stores.
I had mentors and good examples of success in my first company, however, nobody ever took the time to show me what to do with money (except my dad) and back then I didn’t really listen. Our industry is filled with people that claim, “I made $500,000 or $2,200,000 back in the day,” and now they’re broke and struggling because they weren’t educated on what to do with their money and were trying to “keep up with the Jones’s.”
Our biz partners are going to get rich and then multiply into real, sustainable wealth. I’m NOT doing this again, so I’m doing everything in my power to help everyone get set for life, period.

This is me, standing on top of a Wraith, in front of a jet. Now, if this motivates you (I completely understand) however what you need to find are some DEEP REASONS WHY you must achieve success and reasons why you’re not going to quit on a bad day. I get it, the penthouse, cars, jets, women, clothes, are motivating to many..
However, that shit won’t wake you up 5am and cause you to grind for 16 hours a day towards your goals. Maybe it will? But chasing “stuff and things” won’t make you consistent for years and years. I’ve been CONSISTENT for close to 9 years.
When people relaxed I kept working. When people made excuses I kept working. When people told me I needed balance, I kept working. When people tried to distract me or kill my career, I kept working. I’ve always just kept working. When someone or something has tried to take me away from my focus, I have always eliminated them from my life. My goals and dreams are more important than the distractions.
The “things” will all come with success but you’ve got to really know why you do what you do. I always wanted to take care of my parents, make sure my mom could have anything she wants. I wanted to be the one in my family that made it big so later in life, no matter what, all my loved ones are good. I never wanted to go through life with half ass experiences. I wanted a 5 star lifestyle and I didn’t want price tags to control my life. I wanted to make a difference and I still want to make a difference today. The goals and dreams just keep getting larger. Why? Why not? Why limit yourself, get comfortable. Humans are meant to GROW.
GROWTH = HAPPINESS.
WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO?

DO IT NOW. A few weeks ago I got to spend some precious time with my PAPA who’s 89 years old. As I was in the “retirement home” I witnessed a good amount of people who couldn’t even feed themselves, bathe themselves, or walk. We are all headed to that point in life eventually. I am so driven by the fact that I do not want to regret anything in my later years. @garyvee talks about this, “Go to a retirement home and spend some time with 80-90 year olds. Most will talk about what they didn’t do & their regrets. Luckily, papa did what he loved and was a sports broadcaster for years. He’s 89 and still singing songs to the nurses. However, I saw some individuals in there and the pain in their eyes literally pierced my soul. I do what i want to do every single day. I love what I do. I implore you to go after what you want in life. Ask that girl out on a date, take that crazy workout class, start that business, take the leap of faith. This is the only life we have that we know of. GO BIG. Do what you want to do because one day we will all be old, tired, our body will give out, & time will surely run out. Stop waiting and do it now. Go see the world & live your life. Your happiness is the number one priority. Period. I love you and believe in you. #AlexMorton
RUN AWAY from people who are negative, who waste your time, who don’t celebrate you, & who cause you to lose focus. CUT the negative people out of your life & be able to identify who you can spend 5 minutes, 5 hours, 5 days, or 5 weeks with. Your netWORK is your netWORTH, choose wisely. Tag your inner circle for a chance to win a FaceTime from me!!! #AlexMorton
Deja que otros lleven vidas pequeñas, pero no tú. Deja que otros discutan asuntos pequeños, pero no tú. Deja que otros lloren por pequeños dolores, pero no tú. Deja que otros dejen su futuro en manos de otros, pero no tú. Gracias mentor . @alexmortonmindset .
