Even more excited to be joining the team at @kips_online as a Foundations of Steel Mace Instructor! ➖➖➖⚫️ • • When the mace found me almost a year ago I was in tons of pain every single day and was at my absolute weakest point of my life physically. To say I was frustrated would be a huge understatement. • • After I discovered the mace I came across @kips_online training and reached to @tyler_kipsonline seeking advice on getting started and maces/resources. I bought my first mace shortly after and have swung a mace literally almost every day ever since. • • Since picking up this incredible tool I’m stronger, more stable, so much clearer mentally, AND my pain levels went from a constant 8 or 9 out of 10 to a 2-3 out of 10 or less most days within about 6 weeks!! HUGE!! • • So thankful to Tyler for the introduction to this amazing tool and now for the opportunity to put maces into the hands of as many people as we can. • • So many people have taught me so much about the mace and swing-weights or loaded flow whether they know it or not.
