The Spier Family Foundation is funding a study that will explore marijuana as a treatment for the behavioral effects of dementia. Ideias, números, datas, personagens assim você alimenta a sua memória e, imediatamente após a leitura faça a fixação explicando todos aqueles detalhes do texto para si mesmo.
3 – Não encontro a carteira de trabalho ou o cartão de vacina: Explicação: Não se lembrar de documentos, cartões de benefícios, certidão de nascimento, título de eleitor é o mesmo que uma pessoa salvar arquivos no computador sem prestar atenção onde. Não podemos confundir falta de memória com falta de organização. ✌️Dica: Neste caso, arrume uma pasta para documentos importantes, organize tudo e guarde em um local em que poucos tenham acesso. Lembre-se: retirou um documento, devolva-o!
