L O O P D R 3 4 M S Spent all night filming an amazing documentary episode, exploring the underground meeting spots of the Roulettezoku; the Loop Racers of Tokyo. . More and more, the distinction between the scene and my own life is blurring. Deadlift PRrrrrrrs Finally back to big girl weights. Haven't been above 300# in a while. Never deadlifted sumo over 300# ...Coach @s_correajr let me off the leash and told me to jump up to 365# after 5 305# doubles. Hit it easy. Jumped up to 380# and it went up easy enough. Doubles at 150# RPE 3 tonight after a few 160# singles (forgot to record ). Bench has been feeling lighter and moving well. I may have finally found my bench groove (hallelujah). Y'all honestly have no idea how much I miss heavy deadlifts. Not because it absolutely wrecks my body, or makes me hate life during them... but something about lifting heavyyyyy weight is extremely satisfying. Still working on 70% (245#) sets (which is about 60% of my conventional max ). Making myself be patient as I know the intensity is about to kick up a notch in the next couple training blocks.
