✨Here are some tips to get the most out of these moves✨

LOW BACK: Keep your low back pressed into the mat! This will keep your low abs engaged
.
MOVE SLOW: The point isn’t to do as many as you can as quickly as to can. That usually means you’re using momentum instead of strength. Focus on moving slowly & mindfully to really feel those low abs working
.
BREATHE: Don’t hold your breath! Try to breathe deeply in each move.
