Raw Post: I don't think I have ever done a post like this! Most of the time they are my crazy goofy self, which is 100% who I am but since my amputation there has definitely been crazy difficult times! (Which is completely normal) losing a limb or any life altering event is hard for any one. For me losing my leg was the easy part, but the process after was the difficult side. While most of my expectations were realistic I had some that were very far fetch. I knew I'd have my "robot leg" the rest of my life but I didn't know learning to walk would be a challenge. I knew my body would change drastically but I didn't know finding cloths that fit just right would be a million times harder. I knew that people would stare but I didn't know they would be so rude while doing it. This list could go on for day but my point to my post is... ————————————————— I took this photo the other day because I got this cute skort and was super pumped to wear it! I thought the photo was cute and fun but then I looked deeper. I zoomed in on Leni (my little leg) and for the first time EVER thought, "WOW THAT LOOKS BADASS!" +++++++++++++++++++++ There are many things in our lives that we wish never happened or we wish we could change but I want to challenge you to truly love who you are. God made each and everyone of us in such a different and unique way. So proud of this guy! @holdenkko is our first ever Llama of the Week here at Volley Llama.
