I tried to convince Jess to look for coloring books at an alternate location. In the end, she found two coloring books - at her store of choice.

Video of the morning ☀️ Jess and I are off to a better start today, although she still seems to be in a sleepy fog. I have no idea how she slept, but I slept 8, yes 8 , hours! Granny (82), who broke her hip in January, has made amazing progress and Jess has been able to start back with a weekly visit at her house. I will take Jess over this morning and pick her back up a little after lunchtime. It’s really special that they get this time together. Granny lets Jess indulge in coloring book hoarding at her house, so naturally, we have to stop on our way over to get another. What Jess doesn’t realize is that #baddaddy has been gradually introducing some of those coloring books to the recycle can. I hope she doesn’t notice.

After our visit with Cinderella, Jess took an interest in this Cinderella doll so of course we had to buy it for her. It has been right beside her every night right along with her new Minnie. So sweet.

Jess was a tad skeptical about #mickeymouse and took to #minniemouse a little better. This mimics her real life outside of Disney in regards to men vs women. They were both so good with her but a little complicated since they didn’t talk.

My son Damien made sure we were up for the sunrise in Hawaii (by waking us up at 3am).
