Celebrated my moms 60th birthday with a BBQ and a pool party. What a wonderful day spent with my wonderful family. It was also Alden’s first time swimming. He was a natural kicker in the pool. We definitely need to get him into swim lessons soon!

Keeping it real over here. . It isn’t all smiles, giggles and a highlight real during summer break. . I’m a person who likes my alone time —and we have had a lot of family time lately. I know that exercise is my therapy and I will always do that. I know that eating right makes me feel my best. I know that starting my day with gratitude always leads to better days. .
