Happy Thursday ya’ll. It’s another sick day for me today. I got lots of orders ready for shipping this morning and will be dropping them off this afternoon. I can’t move too far from a bathroom so .. and well we know what happens when mom gets sick !! The world ends .. no one can find anything or figure out what they should be doing even though they have been doing it for years. FML ! Hello friends , ok I need some mom advice .. all is welcome but please be kind. My husbands work takes him away from home 23-24 days a month. ( yes , it sucks ). And a lot of times when he is gone I let my son who is 7 sleep with me. We co-slept until he was 2 ish and then transitioned him to a big boy bed .. but many times he would end up in my bed while daddy was away. The last 2 years I have been trying to be strong and make him stay in his bed but lately I have been giving in more and more so now he is back in my bed almost every night for at least the first week hubby is gone and then I can usually convince him to go back to sleeping in his bed but then the next month we do it all over again. I want him to feel safe in his own room and I’m not sure forcing him to stay there is the best thing to do if he feels like he needs to be with me .. urgggg what do I do? #cosleeping #cosleepingproblems #cosleepingmama #babynest #babydock #momlife #momtribe

Man ,I typically love a short week but these long hours getting on top of orders is getting to be a lot. When I get stressed and overwhelmed a little break from the hectic can recharge me. Well I wish I looked this put together on a Monday morning but the truth is Monday’s are tough for me. Maybe it’s my rebellious side but I don’t want to get up and rush around to make lunches , serve breakfast , find those missing library books, sign those notices still stuffed in the bottom of the school bag. I just want another day to sleep in, another day to stay in my pjs until noon. I know it’s a mind set like anything else and I really should try to change the way I think about Monday’s but well a momma can always use something else to complain about , right ?
