Mother’s Day is fast approaching. I woke up this morning to about 10 new messages just for the customizable mommy and me listing. Once I’m done packaging up today’s mail outs I’ll be getting to those. Today we celebrated.....in Las Vegas of course....but we celebrated life and love and being a forever family! 10 years ago I gave birth to my very first baby boy! I had no idea he would only stay on Earth for one short week. While I miss him every day, I know I will see him again. He is what inspired us to travel every chance we get. He taught us that life is short and you never know when you will have the chance to make another memory. Every year for his birthday we travel! This year we headed to Las Vegas! We try to include Connor in our kids lives as much as we can, they know they have a big brother in heaven watching out for them! After he died we told ourselves that no matter what, we wouldn't waste a day of our time here on Earth together. Today should have been one of the happiest days of our lives, instead it is one of the saddest. We should have been welcoming our beautiful, healthy baby girl into the world, and more importantly taking her home with us. My heart is heavy and my arms physically ache for her. I am still a mother, and want to do all of the things a mother should do, my motherhood is just different and my baby is in the sky. This hasnt changed the love I have for her, if anything its made it stronger. She holds the biggest place in my heart and that will forever be hers. I want to thank my family, Liam, his family, my friends and everyone on social media who has sent kind words. You're all keeping me going and I cannot thank you enough for your support and patience. As you all probably know this will never go away, if anything after today it will get worse, realisation will kick in more and I will still have days when getting out of bed seems impossible, but each and every one of you has helped me in these times. So thank you. I have my very own little angel and I cannot wait to give her all of my love. Until then I will remember her in many ways. Thank you all so much for the love and support and well wishes for our Enzo’s second birthday in Heaven. Once again, the days leading up to it were full of anxiety. But his actual birthday was filled with an inexplicable peace, that can only come from the Lord. It was a day full of quality family time and talking all about the things we remember about Enzo.
