I made The BEST Low Carb Bagels today (only 4 net carbs) and they were absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
•2 Cups Almond Flour
•1 TBSP Baking Powder
•1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
•3 Large Eggs
•3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
•5 TBSP Cream Cheese
•Everything but bagel seasoning (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Line donut/bagel pans with cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl combine Almond Flour, Baking Powder and Garlic Powder and mix well.
4. Then get a small bowl and whisk 3 eggs together with a fork.
5. In a medium microwave safe bowl combine Mozzarella Cheese & Cream Cheese. Cook for 1 minute & stir and then cook for another minute and stir.
6. Combine eggs, mozzarella cheese and cream cheese into the dry ingredients and mix well.
7. Use and spoon or your hands to put mixture into donut/bagel pan and then sprinkle some of the everything but bagel seasoning for extra flavor.
Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with cream cheese or use as bread for a breakfast sandwich!
