Perigord Truffles: we are running our regular menu on NYE, but we have some tricks up our sleeve’s. You can have the amount of these French truffles you see here on our pasta or our risotto for a $20 upgrade or in a proper French omelette for $25. We will also be serving an outrageous duck egg pasta with a lobster tail, sea urchin mousse, lobster cracklin and Russian caviar. If you have to ask the price, you can’t afford it; and we are still not going to make any money on it.
As many of you have heard, there has been controversy surrounding Valley Oaks Farm lately. As soon as we heard of this a few weeks ago we switched out our beef for burgers to Barham Family Farms and we are now grinding fresh daily. Our buns, bacon, fries, ketchup, pickles and all other condiments are produced in house. The cheese on our burger is coming from Jason Wiebe Dairy.
