Ведь ни один человек не сможет нас полностью удовлетворить ,если предъявляя своё претензии своим близким и окружающим , мы в чем-то недовольны ‍♀️. Так что бесполезно требовать своего удовлетворения от других . В Йоге удовлетворением называется САНТОША (#santosha ) ,что требует от практикующего йогу как один из пяти «обрядов» ниямы, предписываемых повседневной мирской жизни. НИЯМА (#niyama) - Пять "обрядов", внутренних ритуалов человека. Они включают в себя чистоплотность тела и разума , удовлетворенность , совершенствование тела (#тапас), самоизучение (#свадхьяя), и внимательность, или чистоту разума ☝(#прасадана). Если постоянно соблюдать эти ритуалы -заповеди ,повышается уровень #вибрации и удовлетворенности в целом .
