Here are a few things you can eat that should help you get and stay asleep . Magnesium, Tryptophan, Serotonin and Melatonin are all responsible for sleep in their own way. The first 3 help with production of Melatonin, which is responsible for our sleep cycle. You want Melatonin to be high right before sleeping . I would not suggest having a huge meal before sleeping (like a giant turkey meal), but a few small slices or any of these other options will definitely help you sleep a bit better . Camel rides, coastlines, coffees, cookies and cannolis AND capturing Sydney Opera House at night are just a few of my favorite memories spent launching our NEW business all over Australia!! 7 cities in 11 days and 22 hours returning home on a 17 hour time difference should take a toll on anyone’s body, but it doesn’t have to!! I have traveled extensively growing my businesses over 16 years and haven’t always returned home with the best immune system response (or fitting into my clothes the same way...) This trip was different! It was the busiest work trip I can recall in meeting so many INCREDIBLE people from all over the world getting started in our company to be the first pioneers in Australia (BTW I LOVE how Australia embraces multiculturalism as the only way forward!!) And yet, I felt amazing the entire trip, came home the healthiest I have ever returned and maintained my physique without stressing that I was not able to keep up my regular routine. . . • I didn’t work out daily, but I did stay active exploring new places - walking, running along the beach, fitting in some hotel workouts. . • I did not sleep my usual 6-8 hrs/night, but I never missed using my sleep spray for a more rock solid REM sleep. . • I didn’t worry about what I was eating and made the healthiest choices I could, but also never missed taking my micronutrients and drinking my Trim Shakes!. . • I did drink the BEST coffees (I don’t drink coffee often at home), but drank as much Alkaline water that I could!. . • Oh and I did eat the some pretty amazing treats!! ➡️ Swipe to see that Pistachio Cannoli and my first Granita!!! . . After an insanely busy week and weekend in the mountains, we are spending today cleaning, resting and rejuvenating ‍♀️ Although my house is an absolutely disaster zone and the laundry pile is more like a mountain, I know I need to take care of myself too and get my body moving and stretching like I need to. I need like 20 more of these ☕️ today, who’s with me? That being said, I also feel like about 1000lbs have been lifted from my shoulders after J completed his assessment yesterday! We have been talking and waiting for this for over a year, waiting for the right time and age to get this done, for answers and for the right tools to make the big decisions ahead. We get the results in the next week or so, then the 1000lbs will be back on in full force for sure, but for this week we’ll celebrate and take it as one step in this crazy journey completed!
