Best of luck to Kate L ’20 and Abby P ’20, who are travelling to Florida this week to represent BSS at HOSA International. HOSA is a student-run organization that holds health science-based competitions. Students compete in a variety of events including CPR, Medical Terminology, and Forensic Medicine. Congratulations, Meghan '20, for representing Canada at the International Public Speaking Competition hosted by the English-Speaking Union in London, UK. This week-long experience brought together a global community to encourage young people in the art of oracy. Along with competing, students participated in workshops led by accomplished public speakers, including actors from the Globe Theatre, and got a taste of London's cultural treasures.
