No I don’t have a death wish lol, I just really enjoyed coming to this spot to think and reflect. - - I’m currently learning how to make due with all that I have. I have so many bomb project ideas that I want to execute for my brand, but I tend to get discouraged because of the “lack of” that I experience during certain moments. Usually it’s either the “lack of” money or the “lack of” time. This always ends up with me overthinking, over analyzing, second guessing myself, and becoming overwhelmed.‍♀️‍♀️ Anyone else like that - - I have to remind myself, daily, that whatever it is that I have at the moment is all that I need in order to make the next step in my life/career. As long as intentions are pure then positive results will come out of whatever it is that I’m creating.

Have you watched my recent IG Stories ⬆️ I went to see part of the Batu Caves, a Hindu temple made out of limestone in Kuala Lumpur. - - I’m also speaking a little bit about one of the negatives about traveling solo. My anxiety, which I rarely ever talk about was triggered a bit today. I ended up going back to my accommodation a little earlier than expected. The combination of the crowds, being alone in a foreign area, and the constant annoying and intrusive behavior of some men was the cause. CBD Oil helps with my anxiety, but I didn’t bring any with me on this trip. A Queen suggested that I try Nidra Meditation, which has helped her. I’m currently looking into that now. - - Do you have any remedies for anxiety? Also, when you’re traveling what are some negatives that you’ve experienced... feel free to vent. (No judgement zone + you never know who might benefit from your experience)
