⚡️ Our team is in the final wrap up of our Live Online Workshop where we helped hundreds of entrepreneurs take steps to launch their websites last week!
-
If you missed out on the action, we have 2 amazing resources we want to share with you! We've got two Mini Workshops for sale on our site: "Narrow Your Niche" and "Define Your Dream Client"
-
These are two of our favorite topics to teach because creating a targeted product and marketing it to a VERY specific group of people has had a HUGE impact on my own business as well as our clients and customers that we’ve consulted over the years.

Check out both workshops with the link in our bio and swipe for a peek inside!
Tips for budgeting your money on an irregular income! before you spend that paycheck!
1. Understand your overhead costs - the money you place towards rent, bills, food, car payments, debt, freelance tools and other essentials.
2. Lay out your payment schedule - we recommend taking at least 50% upfront and rest upon delivery. Can’t do that? Stay at a 14 day payment plan. If you have multiple clients try to keep them on the same schedules and take in payments around the 15th and 30th of each month so you know when money is coming in and can keep better track.
3. Know how long your income lasts & set aside some $$ - remember you should be putting aside 30% of all payments towards your taxes. Next goes towards essentials & savings. Along with these, you should have at least a 3-month cushion in case of emergency for late-payments, loss of a client, or illness. How long can this money last you after all is paid?
4. Pay yourself - you can now enjoy the rest of your salary!

ANXIETY IS A BITCH.
Can I say that?
PANIC ATTACKS ARE ASSHOLES.
I can say that right?
This morning I listened to my dear friends @nicole_costa_fit and @jsouk01 talk about anxiety and depression and it really hit home with me.
I don’t talk about this much but lately (over the last three years) I have been dealing with panic attacks. It’s insane to me. I don’t understand them. I can’t figure out why my body betrays me. I feel crippled when they happen. Am I stronger than them? Hell yes! Am I going to let them ruin my life? F*ck no!
Have you ever suffered from a panic attack? Raise your hand! Raise it high! I feel like mental illness is a real thing and it’s more present in women’s lives and has been slowly taking us down. We don’t talk about it. We feel ashamed. We think something is wrong with us.
I want to break that stigma. It’s okay to not be okay some days. There is so much pressure nowadays to be perfect. Live the perfect life. Have the perfect body. Land the perfect husband. Work the perfect job. Create the perfect home. Raise perfect kids. I mean let’s be realistic here. There is no such thing as perfect.
If you know me, you know I am far from perfect. I own that. I’m my biggest critic. If you don’t know me, please don’t compare your life to mine. Don’t look at my IG and think I have the perfect life. Don’t meet me and be afraid to talk to me. Don’t assume that you know everything about me because you follow me on social media. Life is way bigger than social media. I am not perfect. I am a hot mess just like everyone else out there. I own that! I’m okay with that!
Are you?
I’m on a mission to love myself more. Focus on things that mean something. Spend time with people important to me. Say no to things that no longer bring me joy. Work at being present in the everyday.
How do you deal with anxiety and panic? Let’s start a healthy conversation.
