The best way to gain body awareness and find balance upside down is to work with a good spotter. @brucedierl gives me just the bare minimum feedback and assistance such that I’m racking my brains to determine where my body is in space and still desperately looking for balance. He titrates “help rendered” according to my ability so that I’m able to progress despite doing the same drill. In Jan I was totally retarded and he probably wished he had a third hand Today I’m able to complete sections of movement on my own... and hopefully some day flying solo. Thank you for your patience and making this long & winding journey .. a scenic and bearable one, Coach ❤️
