#Throwback to my visit at St Joseph’s Primary School in Chesterfield with @belcher_jenny (CEO of @boogiebounceofficial). Sharing a snippet of my Olympic journey hopefully inspired the children to believe they can achieve anything if they put their heart into it. I’m a huge fan of any exercise that combines low-impact cardio + high intensity intervals along side targeted which is exactly what you’ll find @trampoleannyc. it’s one of the few classes where I can truly take my mind off everything bc it requires 100% of my attention to keep up and stay on the choreo (nothing too intense but you do have to pay attention). added bonus: I always wake up the next day feeling 5 lbs lighter, ty lymphatic drainage
