So full disclosure, I wasn’t originally going to post this photo. I look at it and just think I look fat - I even edited it to try and make myself look less chubby so I could post it (since I really like the photo). Then I spoke to @cassiesamji and @louisekcohen... who told me I was being a moron and don’t need to edit myself ‍♀️ so here’s me and my muffin top in all its unedited glory ‍♀️ ✨ If I had posted the edited version... I’d probably have felt guilty about it later for posting a photoshopped version of my body when I talk a lot about body positivity and loving your body. The thing is, even though I love to talk about and promote body positivity I still get days where I feel really fat or have photos where I think I look chubby. Being body positive doesn’t mean you have to be in love with your body all day every day - we all get those moments! Also, body positivity doesn’t equal not wanting to change your body.
