Wondering how to nurse in public? You can wear a low cut top so you can easily pull it down to nurse (as in this photo). Another option is the “two shirt method”. For this one, wear a low cut tank top with a loose shirt over it. Then pull the loose shirt up and the tank top down. Your baby is able to nurse while your stomach & chest stay covered. (I like that one when it’s cold outside so my chest stays warm!) And of course there are lots of cute nursing shirts designed for easy breastfeeding. : @magaliselviphotographe

Guess who turned 3 months old today !? And you want to swipe left.. trust me
This little booger is the most expressive baby ever. Beside my big bug eyes, he’s looking more and more like his daddy every day. Still not sleeping through the night.. but every once n while he sleeps 6 hours.. so that’s cool.
He’s full of smiles and loves to “chat”. Starting to hear little giggles from time to time..(can’t wait to hear those belly laughs).
He can almost roll from front to back on his own. He’s recently discover his feet.. but still isn’t quite sure about them.. and we’re pretty sure he’s teething. EVERYTHING goes straight to the mouth and he’s soaking his bibs in drool.
That about sums it up.
As for mom.. still feeding on demand.. hoping to try a schedule of sorts so he’ll sleep longer at night.
Still working out any and all chances I get.. walking daily has been therapeutic.
Cut back to one tub of coconut whip a week.. annnddd now planning to make multiple future trips to @true_food_kitchen for the seasonal butternut squash pie. Mmmmmk that’s all.
