It’s Friday! .

But really I woke up realizing soooo many things:
.
✔️Tyler leaves on Sunday
✔️School starts back up Monday for the kids
✔️Got to finish Honk Jr. costumes by Monday
✔️Because Tyler leaves Sunday we are celebrating his birthday tomorrow... so I’ve got to get stuff for that... its a surprise! ✔️St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday (we always do an all green breakfast or dinner ) ✔️I leave in 7 days for my coach cruise ... and I have no swimsuit or anything yet!!! ✔️In-laws coming in 7 days to help with kids (so I’ve got to get the schedule all set for them and the house clean and laundry done ) .
And seriously so much more... .
Some days anxiety and life is just overwhelming and you don’t think you have time, cause all you can see is that list continuing to grow and grow! .
It’s debilitating, right ♀️

So what do I do? .
Work and sweat it out...Breathe...Stretch and then START somewhere. Pick something on the list... the most pressing and DO IT! . ✔️check it off and move to the next thing! .
You can do this! I can do this! Breathe and START!
