In our last post we told you about the Byron Bay lighthouse and how we got up the hill from Wategos Beach. . Here are a few snaps of Wategos Beach. We went there at the end of the day, in our opinion the best time of the day to go to the beach as the sun is not that strong anymore, flocks of people come out after work for a surf, drink or just to chill... so the vibes are just super relaxed. . We first went up to do the hike all the way up to the lighthouse ( 1.5 km return - see our last post ) and after that we went for a refreshing dip and chill out at the beach .
