Sunday night I found myself looking unenthusiastically gearing up for the week ahead. Having been more intentional about creating a morning routine that centers around self-care I haven’t dreaded the work week like I used to. When I am consistent in my morning routine my joy and inner peace seems to be overflowing. •⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After about 3 weeks of consistency I found myself going to bed eager for the next morning! Knowing in my head that it was going to begin with nourishing my mind body and spirit. Finally making time for myself in this way gave me this sense of “Wow, I feel so loved! I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow and be so loved my myself!” •⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I start to neglect my morning routine I notice, like yesterday, my mind begins to dread a hard work week. Knowing that each day I am going to receive the self-care I need completely changes my daily outlook! What are your daily self-care routines
