I like to make up my circuits of 4 exercises- alternating between Plyo and sprint type exercise. Example 1️⃣ Plyo - Jump Lunge/ Squat Combo 2️⃣ HIGH KNEES 3️⃣ Pulsing Squat with Tuck Jump 4️⃣ High Knees . .
Circuits : 4 exercises 30 sec each / Rest 30 sec REPEAT 3X .... move on to next circuit. .
