The pain was HORRIFIC.. y’all I gave birth without an epidural (I know I’m crazy) and ovarian cysts takes the CAKE. 5. Went to SOO many doctors.. my ONLY choice was Birth Control.. I’d ask them , “B.C. only treats the symptom, why is this happening to me?” Never got answers! 6. Discovered Dr. Furhman & Read his book Eat to Live, Watched Forks Over Knives 8. Went to the Produce Aisle and Healed my M’Fin Self The weight loss was a side affect of changing my lifestyle 9. Our Bodies are Amazing & as a society we don’t question enough by what we put in our bodies and on our skin (our largest organ) there are neurotoxins and Chemicals in some Beauty Products! 10. I’m not a Doctor but it’s so important to question everything you read and that’s how I got here.. so many people with Plant Based lifestyles that have similar stories to me. 11. Best Experience I’ve had is when I helped a coworker lose 15 pounds that she could never get off & in 8 months her husband got off all his medications! She cried and told me I was her Angel.
