. . Why am sharing this with the world I want to show what eating and moving can do for the body. . . You ARE what YOU EAT . . At my unhealthiest weighed 119kg and I’m sure at least 35-40% body fat. I was eating what ever I wanted and no portion was too big. Probably one serving of veggies a week and at least 600mL soft drink a day. I was playing 3-5 games and reffing 4-6 games of oztag a week. . . At my leanest in June I hit 97kg and 14% body fat. I eat at least 3 servings of veggies with each of my 4 meals a day (90% of the week), lean meats, next to no sugar and on a very rare occasional I’ll have a soft drink. Currently using @rpstrength @rp_transformations eating plan . . My physical activity includes @crossfit 5-7 a week, coaching CrossFit 4-7 a week, MTB, trail walk/jog, mobility and now looking forward to doing many more @spartanraceau Races. I move everyday so I get to experience life without restraints. . . The cruise confirmed everything I have learnt over the last 4yrs. I ate everything and anything, yes and for breakfast with next to no veggies for the entire cruise. It all tasted amazing, how ever my energy started to go down and the gut was hating on me. . . Since the cruise I’m back to my normal eating regime which gives me the energy to do what I want. Including a Spartan Trifecta weekend which I didn’t do any specific training for. That was possible as I am consistent with moving every day and eating real food 90% of the time. . . If you would like advice or some help, shoot me through a message.
