Donated Ralph Lauren blouse, black vest from Goodwill $3, (I forgot to take a picture prior to altering it. It looked like the teal one, only in black.) Bias tape made from leftover fabric used for the Pick a Little Lady skirt. Broach made from two charms, a pin back and scrap fabric, $1. Boots from Goodwill $4.50.
