FORBES MAGAZINE INTERVIEWED ME the guy who used to break into peoples cars and houses and steal whatever was valuable when he was 13 You mean the same guy who’s an ex-convict and used to live out of his car The guy who was over $150,000 in debt in 2011 LET ME FIND OUT PEOPLE CAN ACTUALLY TURN THEIR LIFE AROUND!!!! Others may not want to acknowledge you for what you’ve done or what you’ve created. Others may even take credit for your hard work without ever mentioning your name because of whatever demons they are battling in their own life. But that should never stop you from doing what you were put on this planet to do, because God sees all. You don’t need the approval of another human in order to live a purposeful life. The result of one’s life will always be a true testament to what’s overflowing inside of their soul.
I invite you to always DO YOU and keep moving forward. Keep sharing your gifts with the world, regardless if anyone sees it. Be in purpose, on purpose and watch how your life unfolds. Remember that service in silence will always show up in loud, bold ways on the surface and in that time that makes the most sense to G-man upstairs I’m grateful to have grown through trials and tribulations. I’m grateful that i made a power choice to change my life and be vulnerable enough share it with the world. I’m grateful to have been interviewed by Forbes this morning. Let’s talk caloric deficits ‼️.

Whether you believe in tracking or not this applies to YOU!

▶️A consistent caloric deficit leads to fat loss.
.
▶️How you choose to create that deficit is completely up to you whether it’s through eating less, moving more, or a combination of both (my personal fav). .
Below are a few examples on how managing a caloric deficit through eating less could play out:
.
Option 1:
3 smaller meals + 2 snacks
Hungry immediately after meals. Thinking about food all the time. Can’t wait to eat snacks in between meals bc the HANGER is real. “Being in a caloric deficit is HARD” .
.
Option 2:
3 larger meals + 0 snacks
Full and satisfied after each meal. Not thinking about food in between meals. Hunger comes in waves rather than immediate hanger. “This being in a deficit thing is EASY”!

Which would you choose ⁉️

For me personally I’ve come to realize Option 2 is where it’s AT ! This is my opinion, but it’s also backed by science re: how balancing hormones directly relates to managing hunger . As always, do what’s best for you - I’m simply offering a suggestion for you to consider in your own life .

Ok ok so how is this possible⁉️

By reducing the amount of sugar & flour in our day to day lives.
.
If you remember I follow the Yes and Less mentality! Nothing is off the table forever bc I’m an adult and can eat whatever I want - whenever I want it .

With that being said, I do choose to eat a certain way *most* of the time in order to be free of food thoughts throughout my day✅, be fully nourished✅, and have a clear mind✅.
.
This way of being allows me to focus my energy on my businesses (9-5 + Health Coaching)✅, clients✅, and personal relationships ✅ rather than be consumed by food and weight thoughts ❌.
