Uploading these to catalog my fitness journey over the last year. Despite the immense amount of trials that I’ve endured over the last 385(+) days, I’m really proud of myself and the progress I’m making physically.
When I was a younger kid, about 13, just coming out to @thecrystalwren I never in my wildest dreams ever thought I could achieve where I am today with fitness.
Just remember when you feel like you won’t make it through something and you’ve lost hope, you will make it. And be better off because of it.

PR ALERT 225lbs x 2 Seated Military Press
I try my best to target everybody part at least twice a week and often legs three times a week.
The goal is to take every set to failure on my second day of training a specific music group incorporating high volume accessory movements and moderate volume supporting movements to my main lifts.
Not all accessory movements are shown however, outlined below is an entire workout you can save/try and share with others.
With a partner it should take about two hours, however if you’re working out alone it shouldn’t take you more than an hour.
