White vinegar I buy in bulk (I’m lucky to have access to it and it’s cheap but you can always buy in glass or even big plastic containers that you reuse), orange peels, forget it in the cupboard for 2-3 weeksTada! I use it on everything from the counters to the bathroom... If it’s real dirty I’ll add a splash of black soap or bicarbonate of soda. For a quick clean simply fill a microwave safe cup about halfway up with water, slice a lemon in half and pop that in Microwave for 3 minutes on high power and then let it stand for 5 minutes. Open the door and carefully take out the cup and turntable. Any food particles, dirt, grease etc should now be loose enough to remove easily by wiping down with a cloth. If there are any stubborn bits just dip your cloth in the water and lemon before wiping over. Once it's all done replace the turntable and use anti bac spray to clean the outside. ℝ To remove limescale from my taps I cut a lemon in half and push it onto the bottom of my tap making sure to cover all the limescale and secure it with a freezer bag and elastic band The acidic juice breaks down the build up which makes it much easier to remove. I then leave it overnight to work its magic. The next morning I remove the lemon, freezer bag and elastic band and I give it a wipe with a cloth and the limescale comes straight off.
