“DOCTOR’S NIGHTCAP” a very tasty version of a Sour, with a smooth smoky aftertaste from the Talisker and a nice thick mouthfeel created by the jam, all enhanced by gentle coffee hints and a nice vanilla aroma from the grated Tonka beans. This is a beautiful and delicious creation from @maxlaroccatribe that he served when competed in the Global Final of the @worldclass Competition 2010 pairing it with a great dessert and playing with a contrast of flavours. The judges loved it and the drink helped him to achieve the 3rd place in the World in a selection of 9000 bartenders! . - Bitter orange jam - Lemon juice - Coffee Liqueur - Gomme syrup - Egg white - @talisker 10 - Grated Tonka Beans .
