En estos días vamos a estar dando una charlita en facultad sobre Coworks, asi que nos pusimos a revisitar el primer proyecto que nos metio en el tema y que nos dio la oportunidad de proyectar mas de mas 8000m2 de espacios colaborativos. Sinergia Palermo. Capas sobre capas. En el año 2013, cuando todavía no se hablaba de coworks en la vuelta, un cliente amigo nos pidió que remodelaramos unas oficinas de las cuales nos enamoramos al instante. Una cercha de madera cubría un espacio que había sido garage, carpintería, taller mecánico, estudio de grabación, depósito de mercadería y headquarters de una conocida marca de indumentaria. Frente a este panorama, realizamos una intervención que intentó tocar lo menos posible lo existente, con tan poco diseño como fue posible, utilizando materiales que permitieran desarmar el proyecto, colocarlo en un contenedor y trasladarlo en caso de ser necesario. La sobriedad dio sus frutos, ya que el color se lo dieron naturalmente los usuarios, resultando en 1200 m2 de espacio cowork, salas de reuniones, salas de eventos, playroom y una terraza con un parrillero reutilizado.
