How to get a STRONGER IMPACT position- with LESS FLICK.... ♀️⛳️ .
So, at our impact position we want to make sure that our hands are going to be ahead of the ball, and that we are compressing all of our power into the ball.
When we flick our wrists, all that energy and power we have created during the swing, is lost in an instant.
This drill is a great way to get the feeling of using your body to get through the ball, instead of your wrists/ hands or arms. Holding your hands spaced like this is going to make it very difficult to use anything but your body.

FOODIE FRIDAY: High Protein/Low Carb Pizza

INGREDIENTS:
4 large eggs
200g Shredded Mozzarella
80g Grated Parmesan
80g Spinach
10 Black Olives
Salt
Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Dried Oregano
2 tbsp. pizza sauce
Pinch red pepper flakes .
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. .
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, mozzarella, and parmesan. Stir until combined, then season with salt, pepper, oregano and red pepper flakes. Spread mixture into a ½” thick round on baking sheet. .
Bake until lightly golden, about 12 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce on top of baked crust. Top with remaining mozzarella, and black olives. .
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crispy then add the Spinach and Tomato. Bake off for a further 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Repost from @adamsagargolf • Here my man Adam is demonstrating a drill he use when he’s feeing too steep and not being able to expose the bounce through the motion. He places an alignment stick about a foot behind the ball (anywhere from 6inches to a foot is ok) and in the downswing he’s feeling like he’s trying to hit the stick but without letting the club dig into the ground. This will help him create a very shallow attack angle and handle release which will expose the bounce. When doing this drill it’s extremely important to make sure that you control the low point of the arc by maintaining weight on your front leg and not allowing upper body to lean back. Instead feel like you’re pivoting forward or centered through the motion. Always fun to help world class players such as @adamsagargolf. Para mí fue como volver a "casa" ya que cuando viví en Madrid, trabajé 5 años para el @reeboksportsclub, un gimnasio que se considera el mejor gimnasio de España. Reebok hybrid llenó mis expectativas. Tienen muy buenas maquinas de cardio y para entrenar fuerza, espacio para Crossfit y entrenamiento con peso libre. Enhorabuena @primal_fitness por ese TOP gimnasio ! ya nos veremos más por ahí .
