There are plenty more monsters in your head than under your bed. It's doubt, fear, anxiety and overthinking. Those are the monsters that live in your head. You need to find a way to take these monsters down. How do you that? You do that by canceling out the negatives with the positives. Think about what makes you happy, what keeps motivated, what or who inspires you. Remember whenever you're feeling overwhelmed take a deep breath, go outside get some air for awhile and escape. Go for a hike, or a run, or camping with friends. Use whatever helps you take your mind off everything. It's okay to just check out sometimes theres nothing wrong with that. Do these things and find your way and i promise those monsters will eventually in time turn to ants that you won't even think about.

You should find it so therapeutic and refreshing to spend time with your spouse. If your husband is always hanging out after work, something is wrong. If your wife is finding a reason to hang out in the mall with her girlfriend rather than coming home to you, something is wrong.
#
If your spouse are jumping out of bed before daybreak even when they are not working that a problem. Oh, if she is finding a reason to get away from you its time to check your marriage.
#
Your home should be your safe haven. When you are stress out from a hard day, there should be nothing more meaningful than coming home to relax and unwind with your spouse. If your home is NOT a comfortable and relaxing place to be your marriage, needs a checkup.

Honey, we are in this together. During the good times and the bad. During the ups and the down. During the good days and bad days. When life hit us hard we will fight back harder with Gods help. We will stand by each other and for each other. As long as we have each other, we are going to be ok. Nothing will separate our love. We are going to trust God in our marriage. God joined us, and we know that God can keep us in our marriage.

Some People Come In Your Life As A Blessing, Some Come As Lessons.
.
.
Things happen for a reason, everything in life that happens are for a valid reason, people come in and out of your life and that is another reason. Were all on our own separate journey’s in life and most importantly who we take with us on that journey and who we associate with. Be happy, positive, confident, optimistic in life.
The best part of graduation season is welcoming all the new professionals to our field. I am so excited about the latest installment of the #expertbookshelf where Dr. Debra Mollen shares her top recommendations for early career therapists. Dr Mollen is a tenured professor at Texas Women's University and recently co-authored an update to this classic text. You can check out her favorite resources for new helping professionals at the link in my profile.
I dedicate this to all of you who are enduring.
I dedicate it to all of you who have made the commitment to yourself to heal, to face the traumas and the triggers and the inner turmoil. .
.
The path to healing is arduous at times.
You look at what isn’t working,
what causes you pain, confusion, despair, anxiety, grief, emptiness, numbness, anger, frustration, and envy.
We look deeper together.
Into the heart of the matter.
After some time, we can begin to see the slow unraveling of old, worn out patterns and self-destructive habits. .
.
We make the unconscious conscious.
We look closely into the painful grip of fear.
The fire of rage.
The ice cold despair.
The constant ache of grief.
We acknowledge all of it.
These feelings served a purpose, despite how torturous it felt at times.
And they showed us our humanity.
Our vulnerable, suggestible disposition.
And, we honor that.
The time comes when we no longer need the armor with which we are weighed down every single moment.
We can let go.
A little at a time.
And maybe we let go of some people, situations, obligations along with that.
We are moving forward, and we have to be very picky about what and whom comes for the ride.
Be proud of your strength, resilience, perseverance, and fortitude.
You inspire me daily. .
.
For those who don’t feel like they are moving forward:
What is weighing you down ?
What can you begin to examine deeply and in turn, let go a little at a time ?
How can you show yourself compassion along the way?
Can you try to stop being so hard on yourself today?
You’re here.
And, in the end, any amount of hope is stronger than your fear.
