“So I’m not one to post this kind of stuff but I just want to brag on myself a little.. my whole life I have struggled with weight. I’d do a fad diet, lose 10 pounds and then gain it right back and some more. Well with nursing school stress and everything else that has gone on in my life the last 3 years I really let myself go. Stress eating all hours of the night, not working out. Etc. in January starting a new job, I decided I was going to make a fresh start and join coyote CrossFit with Gary Howard. Well I’m happy to say, with clean eating and working out 5/6x a week I have hit my 40 pound weight loss and 10 pounds from my goal! I still have a few goals I want to hit but I’m stoked to see hard work pay off!”

“I set a goal In January of this year to do Murph in under an hour. Last year I finished in 1:06. I really set my mind to it and used all the resources that you and the staff put out (podcast, emails, boot camp, beach body, good coaching, nutrition talks ). I really tried to soak everything I could up. My main fitness goal for this year has been Murph. I felt confident that I could break an hour and would have been really happy if I got back in 55 minutes. I came through the door in 48:16 (18 minute PR) today and was blown away at how well I did.
I just want to say keep doing what you’re doing and thank you.” This kind of stuff us up! We love to see people working hard for their goals and crushing them!
