It is like there has been a shift within me this year. Something that I cannot fully explain or describe but it most definitely is a shift, an awakening if you will. Like I am lifting the lid off a jar. Allowing all of my talent and gifts to soar high and explore the world. It is an inner feeling of no longer wanting to waste this precious gift that I have been given. To let go of the lack of confidence and embrace each opportunity with a whole heart that can and will pick itself up from any failure or bump in the road. Which ties in nicely as a combination of today’s #anempowered2019 prompt around -New focus & direction/What’s on the horizon? and Friday’s prompt ‘If I could wave a magic wand. (I will be skipping forward and back. ) Which seems odd as I am now looking forward. Ha! Anyway, my mind is bursting with so many ideas and plans. I would love to learn the new skill of hosting and running small intimate workshops both locally and online to help fellow creatives capture the beauty of their products through photography and even exploring how to present your work and gift packaging, in a simple yet beautiful way . To return to my holistic training and help ease people’s aches and pains both body & mind through my healing massage work. To enhance wellbeing through becoming an essential oil distributor and creating my own crystal jewellery range of talisman pieces to continue the healing process in daily life. To write, write, write , unabandoned words of joy, heartache and life and somehow make this into a book with beautiful evocative images. To write stories for young children about​ the wonder and magic of the seasons and nature and collaborate with an illustrator to bring it to life. I could go on, and on, there is so much I want to achieve this year.

"Red Red Wine" A custom entry table built from Tasmanian Oak & a mix of spotted gum/jarrah. Once again the design stems from contrasting timbers and using straight solid lines. Curved edges all round create a nice flow and smooth finish. Adding the droplet lamp to it just seemed like the right thing to do.
